Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. SELENENEN no longer ships to the EU from December 2024 onwards until further notice.

UNTRACKED (letter mail) shipping is no longer available.

All orders placed are shipped with TRACKED SHIPPING. Once your order has been fulfilled, you get an additional email from Australia Post notifying you of the shipping updates.

For international shipping, please see International Post Charges Easy Guide As at 1 July 2025 for the rates Australia Post charges for shipping, my shipping prices reflect Australia Post's rates so they will change over time, sometimes without public notice.

I use a flat rate for my Australian customers regardless of order amount/weight, so Australian customers can enjoy shopping at a discounted rate.

I ship to most destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. I DO NOT collect VAT or any additional tax, your order may be subjected to additional fees upon its arrival that I am NOT responsible for. Customers are responsible for paying these charges, including but not limited to import duties and customs fees.

As of August 29, 2025, the US has removed the $800 de minimis threshold for all imports, meaning all shipments to the US now face tariffs, taxes, and mandatory pre-payment of duties. SELENENEN has been paying for US import tax as of 31 October 2025.

For group orders, I’m more than happy to pack each order individually, as long as you clearly outline what products are for which customer ! Please also let me know which rep freebie (if wanted), the individual wants as well as whether or not they are a returning customer. An order total AFTER discount is also greatly appreciated, as I have a decorated envelope freebie for orders $80AUD and over before shipping! Outlining all this in order notes, helps me out a lot in knowing what freebies to give!

SELENENEN is not liable for lost shipping. Once an order is shipped, it is beyond our control whether it arrives safely.  Shipping delays DO happen frequently, please wait an extra 2-3 weeks past expected arrival dates to contact me and we can chase up the whereabouts together !! Multiple orders placed may be combined and shipped together but EXCESS SHIPPING will NOT be refunded.
